Q- Can your sets be left out all year round?
A- Yes. Our sets come with a powder coated aluminium frame so it will not rust. Our rattan is UV protected and will not fade or crack.
Q- Is your furniture flat-packed/ need assembling?
A- The majority of our sets have a welded aluminium frame for better quality and for a more sturdy longer lasting product. Our tables usually need assembly (for easier access) but these are very simple to set up. However the sets that do require assembly are clearly labelled (under the specification tab on the product page) and are very simple to put together.
Q- Do you deliver?
A- Yes. Delivery is FREE to all of our customers no matter the size of the order. Deliveries are made with a high level of professional service by either us or a outside specialist company.
Q- What happens if you want to deliver on a day I am not in?
A- Delivery is usually made to fit around you. You will be called or emailed with a convenient day, a tracking number is also given once your order leaves our warehouse.
Q- What happens if we get our cushions dirty?
A- Our cushions can be washed simply by unzipping the covers. They are also made from a higher grade material, making them shower- proof therefore if they are left out in the rain, you do not need to panic.
Q- Is the glass safety glass?
A- All of our glass is between 5mm and 8mm thick, depending on the set and is tempered/ toughened glass which meets safety regulations.
Q- How do I care for my furniture?
A- Our sets are practically maintenance free. If it gets dirty over the winter, simply use a wet sponge or hose down to clean it. But please go to our Care Guide page for more information on your particular set.
